Best time to visit Nepal 2023
The best time to visit Nepal depends upon your favorable time & choice of Natural attraction. Spring & the Autumn/fall are the best seasons to hike around the Himalaya, peak climbing & adventure activities above 3,000m, because of clear skies & pleasant temperature.
Even though monsoon is considered the low season of Nepal, it is the best time to take sightseeing around different cities & safari activities with the low budget for food & Accommodation as well as tour packages. And, if you want to avoid the crowd during the trip it would be best.
Spring is a good time to explore nature, culture, valleys, & the magnificent Himalayan range. During this season national flowers of Nepal Rhododendron blooms in different colors almost across the country. This season also is popular for those who are enthusiastic about Buddhist culture & festivals.
If you have that confidence, I can adjust even in any cold temperature with comfortable equipment, we would like to recommend you to come to visit in this season with a low budget & out of the crowd. Low humanity & minimal chance of rain makes this season-best for the travel photography & low-altitude hikes.
December – February: (winter/low season) third best time to visit Nepal
This is a bit risky and not a good season to travel around Himalaya. In
this season weather is cloudy, foggy, and excessive cold in the upper
region. Many trekking routes and passes closed in this season, those
specific packages like Everest base camp, Annapurna Circuit,
Langtang Trek and Poonhill can be done in this season as well. But
because of heavy snowing and cold temperatures create a more
slippery path which would be risky for you. On the other hand, if you
want to do some adventitious activity around Himalaya in the winter
in a peaceful way and save some accommodation fees, it might be
suitable for you except over mention.

March-May is the second-best season after September –November for
those travelers who want to visit Nepal. Long warm day with plenty of
sunlight allows you to clean and clear visibility of the Himalaya and the
Himalayan range. In this season's natural attraction of blooming
different kinds of the flower make a welcome gate for you. Not only
for trekkers but also this is the best season to peak climbers, such as
island peak, Mera peak, Lobuche peak, etc as well as jungle safari in
the different national park of Nepal, for example, Chitwan national

with Nepali new year traditionally.

Jun – mid-Sept: (summer/wet season) fourt best time to visit Nepal
The months of this season are comparatively not good as like spring
and fall, but still, there is a possibility to trek in some specific region.
Monsoon starts in Nepal around mid of Jun and normally it can occur
1,2 hours every day. Even though the temperature would be warm and
fine as aggregate. Because of trekking region is mainly hilly and
mountaineering geography sometime there would be the possibility of
landslides after regular raining. The same as vaporization occurs after
raining covers the Himalayas and reduces the visibility of it.
On the other hands, there is some specific region which has less
possibility of raining and we can manage those trips, as usual, like as
Mustang, Dolpa, Anapurna circuit, Manasalu, Chitwan, etc.
Especially in this season, we organize moderate and easy trips mostly
related to short hikes and the city.
Average Temperature: 17 to 29° C/63 to 84° F (in Kathmandu)
Rain: 129 to 239 mm
Recommended trip for this time in A1- Himalayas are as follows;
- Upper mustang trek
- Kathmandu-Pokhara- Lumbini-Chitwan tour
- Chitwan jungle safari
- Mustang muktinath tour
- Kathmandu- Lumbini tour
- Pokhara valley tour
- Kathmandu valley tour
- Kathmandu Pokhara tour
Festivals & Events;
- Gaijatra ( Kathmandu valley)
- Haritalika Teej ( esp for women)
- Indra Jatra only in Kathmandu valley

because of the weather and different Nepalese great festivals. There
would be less chance of raining and cloudy around the Himalaya so you
can get access to perfect visibility in every corner. The night view of this
season also makes your journey around Himalaya more precious. As
